Delete your Voxa account

You can permanently delete your Voxa account at any time. This page covers both ways to do it and exactly what gets removed.

Two ways to delete

1 In the app

Fastest — works if you can still sign in.

  1. Open Voxa on any device
  2. Sign in
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Scroll to Privacy & data
  5. Tap Delete my account
  6. Confirm

2 By email

Use this if you can't sign in (lost password, locked out, account hacked, etc.) or if a parent is requesting deletion for a child.

  1. Email info@voxagames.online
  2. Subject: Delete my account
  3. Include your Voxa username and, if you have it, your account UID
  4. We'll reply within 7 days to confirm and process

What we delete

We remove all data tied to your account from our servers within 30 days of your request — usually much faster.

Waiting on a payout? If you've asked to cash out VoxUs and we haven't paid it yet, sort that out before you delete your account — deleting cancels the request and the VoxUs on hold goes with it. Reply to your payout email, or email info@voxagames.online and we'll settle up first.

What we keep (and why)

A small amount of data is retained — only because the law or our other users need it.

For parents of children under 13

Voxa is for ages 13 and up, and we don't knowingly create accounts for anyone younger. If a child under 13 got past our age check anyway, email info@voxagames.online to have their account and data deleted. Include:

We respond within 7 days. We may ask one follow-up question to confirm you're actually the parent (per COPPA requirements).

Can I delete my account from inside the Voxa app?

Yes. Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. This removes everything listed above immediately on the client side and queues a server-side wipe within 30 days. You'll be signed out and your username will become available for someone else to register after the wipe completes.

This is permanent. Once your account is deleted there is no way to restore it — your worlds, friends, VoxUs, and uploaded items are gone. Take screenshots of anything you want to keep before deleting.
