Delete your Voxa account

You can permanently delete your Voxa account at any time. This page covers both ways to do it and exactly what gets removed.
Two ways to delete
1 In the app
Fastest — works if you can still sign in.
- Open Voxa on any device
- Sign in
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Privacy & data
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm
2 By email
Use this if you can't sign in (lost password, locked out, account hacked, etc.) or if a parent is requesting deletion for a child.

- We'll reply within 7 days to confirm and process
What we delete
We remove all data tied to your account from our servers within 30 days of your request — usually much faster.

What we keep (and why)
A small amount of data is retained — only because the law or our other users need it.

For parents of children under 13
If your child has a Voxa account and you'd like to review, edit, or delete their data, email info@voxagames.online with:
- Your name and relationship to the child
- Your child's Voxa username
- What you'd like done (view their data, change something, delete)
We respond within 7 days. We may ask one follow-up question to confirm you're actually the parent (per COPPA requirements).
Can I delete my account from inside the Voxa app?
Yes. Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. This removes everything listed above immediately on the client side and queues a server-side wipe within 30 days. You'll be signed out and your username will become available for someone else to register after the wipe completes.
